Melkin Private Company P.C. operates Agrolaiki and is responsible for your personal data.
Name, email, phone, location, business description, and photos—what you give us when you register and use the platform. With Google sign-in we receive only name, email, and profile picture.
To run the platform: display profiles, search, communication between members, and technical support. AI search sends your queries to Gemini for better results—we don't store the content.
We may send newsletters and occasional marketing emails about Agrolaiki—platform updates, tips for producers and merchants, and news. You control this: you can opt out anytime in Settings under Account → Notifications. New accounts receive these by default; you can change it at any time.
We don't sell anything. Transactions happen directly between you and the producer or merchant. We don't see payments or financial data.
We use essential cookies for sign-in, language, and security. Data is hosted on secure infrastructure.
Google (sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), Gemini (AI search). All have DPA agreements under GDPR.
Your queries go through Google Gemini. Data may be transferred outside the EU. We don't store queries. You can use simple search without AI.
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data.

While your account is active. After a deletion request, we remove data within 30 days—except what the law requires (accounting, tax). Technical logs may be kept for security for a limited period.
